Design Story
Nyota means “star” in Swahili. The design is not intended to be the brightest star in the sky, but the personal point of light recognised at first glance: a quiet marker for intimate dining, bedside and contemplative spaces.
Product Highlights
- Faceted frosted acrylic planes diffuse a soft 3000K centre light.
- A 2000 mm suspension cable supports flexible placement over dining tables or bedside settings.

Installation and Dimming
Hardwire to a structurally suitable ceiling point. Installation must be completed by a qualified electrician. Dimming was not specified in the supplied product images. Confirm the required driver and control method before order.
Hand-Finished Materials
Hand-formed and welded metal may show subtle polishing variation, bend marks, weld points or heat ripples. These are normal characteristics of the making process, and reflective finishes may appear different under changing light.
Care
Switch off and allow the light to cool before cleaning. Dust with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid acid, alkaline and abrasive cleaners on metal surfaces; wipe any moisture away immediately. Do not use solvents or alcohol on acrylic or PLA components.
