Order Fulfillment

Production schedules are approximate. Materials and manufacturing may affect delivery. Provide a secure delivery address and ask us about urgent orders.

Damage

Inspect your delivery immediately. Retain packaging and report damage with photographs within seven days. Record freight damage on the delivery paperwork.

Return Policy

Furniture, lighting, trade purchases, international orders and products identified as final sale cannot ordinarily be cancelled or returned.

Other eligible goods, received unused in their original condition, may qualify for store credit within fourteen days. Contact us for authorization before sending anything back.

Customers cover return delivery. Use tracking and insurance. Original delivery charges are excluded from credit except where goods are defective or damaged.

International Shipping

Request a quotation by emailing your item list, complete destination address and telephone number to sapcelure@sapcelure.com.

Import taxes and customs charges are payable by the recipient. Customs clearance may delay arrival. Refused shipments may incur delivery and customs costs.

Availability must be confirmed. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
